Asana
Asana is a cloud project management platform available to Gies staff and faculty. Individuals and units use Asana to organize, track, and manage their work. Teams can create projects, assign work to teammates, specify deadlines, and communicate about tasks directly in Asana. It also includes reporting tools, file attachments, calendars, and more.
Gies licensing includes the Premium version of Asana.

Who is eligible for an Asana license?
Gies faculty and staff are eligible for an Asana account. Students can be invited as guests into Asana teams, but are not provisioned full accounts due to cost.
We regularly audit Asana usage and remove accounts without activity in the previous six months.
How can I get help with Asana?
Have a question about how or when to use Asana? We have established the Remote Work Technology channel on Microsoft Teams. This space is intended to ask general how-to questions about remote work technology.
